We photograph all pieces before they are shipped and hand pack each item with an abundance of packing materials to ensure that it arrives safely to you, our valued client.
You may return any item you have purchased within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For example, if you received an item Monday, you have until the following Sunday to post mark the package and return it. Full online store credit will be issued when the item is returned within 14 business days.

Items will not be accepted for return if they are damaged, altered or worn. Please contact us at 310-432-0123 to arrange for your return. You must ship the item back to us insured for the purchase price, and it must be packed safely and securely.
Remember that while the jewelry is in your possession, you own it and you are fully responsible for any damage. Once we receive the return, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any shipping fees within 3 days of receipt. If the item is damaged during return shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipper and resolve this matter. We very rarely charge a restocking fee as long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. We do reserve the right, however, to charge up to a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Restocking fees apply to the purchase price of the item and do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
